Agreement

These terms govern your use of uniteddigitalcorporation.com, the brand sites of United Digital Corporation that link to them, and the text messaging program described below. By using the site or opting in to messages you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement for that work, and where the two differ, that agreement controls.

Text messaging program

United Digital Corporation sends customer care messages, and promotional messages to those who separately opt in, from its business number. By opting in you agree to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and nothing more.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers include the major United States carriers. Delivery is subject to your carrier and your device.
• How we handle your number is set out in the privacy policy.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use its forms for their stated purpose. You may not scrape it, probe or overload it, submit false information, impersonate anyone, or use the forms or the chat widget to send unsolicited material. The investor area is for people we have issued an access code to; a code is personal and may not be shared.

Content and intellectual property

The site, its text, design, code and marks belong to United Digital Corporation or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, beyond what is needed to view the site. Client names and work shown on the site appear with permission and remain the property of their owners.

No advice, no warranty

The site is provided as it is. Descriptions of our practices and capabilities are general and are not an offer or a guarantee of any result. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or investment advice. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, United Digital Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the messaging program, and our total liability for any claim connected to them is limited to one hundred dollars. Some jurisdictions do not permit these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

Third parties

The site links to other sites and relies on services run by others, including Vercel, HighLevel, Resend and Meta. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute about them is brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
